About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- The ideal candidate will possess solid technical expertise, a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and hands on experience working with CMDB, asset lifecycle processes, discovery, integrations, and license management.

Essential Job Functions:

Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITAM modules including HAM, SAM, CMDB, and related workflows.
- Implement and enhance asset lifecycle processes, data models, and business rules.
- Customize forms, UI policies, client scripts,



server scripts, UI actions, and automated flows.
- Build and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with third party asset tools.

Platform Enhancements & Maintenance
- Ensure platform stability by implementing updates, patches, and module enhancements.
- Collaborate with platform architects to maintain ServiceNow governance and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

ITAM Process Alignment
- Work closely with ITAM, ITSM, and CMDB teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
- Support software license management, reconciliation activities, and entitlement mapping.
- Assist in defining asset workflows, inventory controls, compliance tracking, and audit processes.

Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable ITAM solutions.
