Role Summary




The organization is seeking an experienced Staff-level EDA / Software Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of both EDA and enterprise software vendor engagements. This role serves as the primary liaison between engineering, procurement, finance, and legal functions to ensure that all vendor contracts, renewals, and purchase transactions are executed in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective manner. Given the scale and complexity of the vendor portfolio, the role requires solid project management discipline to track hundreds of concurrent threads across contracts, approvals, and stakeholders, along with excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and often global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of EDA and Software vendor contracts, including new agreements, renewals, extensions, and terminations, across multiple vendors and tool categories.
