Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and will be responsible for defining platform strategy, ensuring scalable solutions, and driving best practices across development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.




- Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices.

Solution Design & Implementation
- Architect end-to-end solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, and GRC.
- Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure optimal use of out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize customizations.

Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide them on complex implementations.
- Review and approve technical designs, scripts, and integrations.
- Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and design principles.

Integration & Automation
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and enterprise tools.
- Drive automation initiatives using Flow Designer and scripting.
