Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead elicitation and documentation of data and analytics related business requirements.

• Facilitate workshops to define data models, integration needs, reporting needs and governance standards.

• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Partner with IT and business teams for solution design, evaluation, and delivery of Data Management projects

• Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness for data and reporting solutions.

• Drive solid collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on enterprise and cross-domain data governance and management.

• Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain traceability between requirements and testing.

• Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing.

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure accurate interpretation of requirements.

Skills:





• Overall Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a robust and consistent focus on enterprise Data Management initiatives.

• Data Management Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, analytical systems, and established data governance frameworks.

• Data Integration & Migration: Proven track record in defining, validating, and implementing data transformation rules to support system integrations and large-scale data migrations.

• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of Regulatory Affairs (RA) processes and in-depth exposure to IDMP standards and their practical implementation.

• Regulatory Systems Exposure: Experience working with regulatory information system data models, including platforms such as MDM and Veeva, within a life sciences context.
