About The Job:
- Defines the requirements, specifications, and criteria for BPM solutions, validates and verifies the outcomes and benefits of BPM projects.
- Positive understanding of business domain, processing modeling techniques, data analysis skills and communication skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Specific Responsibilities:
- Managing all phases of IBM BAW system development from concept through implementation and maintenance.
- Managing new BAW Project initiatives and change requests based on various partner feedback within the organization that boosts overall policy issuance and business.
- Overall responsibility of structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, managing project execution and completion of low to critical projects.
- Developing essential web services using IBM Integration Designer, Java, and IBM MQ to facilitate a seamless end-to-end insurance flow.
- Developing web services to integrate with other external applications.
- Good understanding of business domain, process modelling techniques, data analysis skills and communication skills.
- Performs unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of BPM solutions and ensures compliance with the BPM standards and guidelines.
- Should have strong technical skills, programming skills, testing skills and attention to detail.
- Good to have project management skills, team management skills, negotiation skills and risk management skills.
