Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing, and related construction works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, billing, quantity measurements, and progress reports.
- Monitor Client, material utilization, and site safety.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
