About The Job:
- The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing security incident response and technical solution implementation. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, effective problem-solving, and ensuring that client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. The Track Lead empowers teams through proficient people management, driving innovation, and optimizing operational processes to enhance service delivery.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead Security Incident Response Efforts By Implementing Siem Technologies To Monitor, Analyze, And Respond To Security Threats, Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Standards.
- Develop And Optimize Operational Systems For Security Incident Management, Enhancing Reporting Capabilities And Streamlining Information Flow To Support Decision-Making And Planning.
- Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Security Needs, Ensuring The Support Team Effectively Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Tailored Solutions.
