Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expertise in assisting business and end users for day-to-day operations primarily in SAP FICO applications through addressing incidents and Customer escalations
- Business process and gap analysis
- Liaising with stakeholders from engineering and other teams
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Open and flexible for learning new skills as needed
- Knowledge in Incident management and closing of incidents with proper resolution steps
- Come up with new automation ideas, RCA Fixes, innovations to reduce the toil and improve system and business processes
- Understanding SLAs and fix the issue with good customer experience
