Job Summary:
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic enhancements of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for developing robust solutions and ensuring the platform's optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive continuous improvement and support business objectives through effective platform utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement scalable applications and workflows.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
- Optimize platform performance and enforce best practices.
- Document technical configurations and designs.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and working with APIs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) industry is preferred, with a focus on implementing and managing enterprise-level service delivery platforms.
