About The Job:
- SAP FICO Consultant Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Gurugram Employment
- About the Role We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 3–6 years of experience to support, enhance, and optimize the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, resolve functional issues, and contribute to system improvements and ongoing projects.

Essential Job Functions:
- Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA).
- Handle day-to-day L2 support, including incident management, service requests, and change requests.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing support.
- Work on configuration changes, enhancements, and integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for development.




- Conduct system testing, regression testing, and support UAT cycles.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and internal control processes. Project & Delivery
- Participate in rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects.
- Support documentation—functional specs, test scripts, SOPs, user manuals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business partners for requirement gathering.

Qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO customization and configuration.
- Understanding of integration with MM/SD/PP modules.
- Familiarity with IDOCs, interfaces, BAPIs, and basic debugging is an added advantage.
- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS) preferred. Professional Skills
