About The Job:
- Support the day-to-day manual operations of the marketplace, ensuring smooth execution across customer support, catalogue management, onboarding, fulfilment, order management, refunds, and returns.
- Act as a key coordination point between internal teams, buyers, sellers, and logistics partners.
- Maintain high levels of service quality, operational accuracy, and business continuity.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for marketplace activities.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Support customer service operations by responding to inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, escalating complex cases, and following up until closure.




- Assist with catalogue management, including product data entry, information validation, image and attribute checks, SKU updates, and listing error corrections.
- Support customer and seller onboarding by collecting required information and validating documentation.
- Coordinate account setup activities and track onboarding progress.
- Monitor order flow and fulfilment status and coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners.
- Follow up on delayed, failed, and exception orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Support order management activities, including manual order checks, status updates, delivery coordination, cancellations, and issue tracking.
- Coordinate refund and return processes by validating return requests, tracking return status, supporting refund processing, and maintaining proper documentation.
