About The Job:
- Manager – Operations will be responsible for the overall management of US Title Insurance operations, ensuring achievement of quality, productivity, SLA/TAT, client satisfaction,



financial, and business objectives.
- The role will lead multiple teams/functions, manage client relationships, oversee capacity and workforce planning, resolve critical issues, and drive operational excellence, process improvement, compliance, and profitability.

Essential Job Functions:

Operations & Business Management
- Own overall operational performance for assigned US Title Insurance processes and ensure quality, productivity, SLA/TAT, and business targets are achieved.
- Monitor volumes, capacity, backlog, productivity, utilization, and staffing; proactively address business fluctuations, roadblocks, and SLA risks.
- Lead workforce/capacity planning and implementation of recent clients, products, processes, and projects.
- Establish effective governance, controls, and performance-review mechanisms and provide accurate operational insights to senior leadership.
