Job Description-

Purpose-
- This role supports the ServiceNow HRSD module at customer side.
- The primary purpose of this role is to manage and conduct testing, support release management and system upgrade activities for Service Now HR (Colleague Connect Portal).
- You will be involved in working with stakeholders across People & Culture and Technology teams

Accountabilities-
- Work closely with developers, product and process owners to to lead testing through implementation this includes things such as functional unit testing, integration testing, regression testing/ BVT and support UAT.
- Creation of test cases




- Where required complete TSR
- Documenting testing outcomes, and raising and managing defects where required
- Providing technical expertise and testing and implementation of changes within HRSD
- Diagnosing technical issues that may arise during the development life cycle, and raising defects where required
- Providing technical solution definition and design, system configuration, data integration, and technical support during the implementation phase.
