- Ability to effectively communicate complex information and insights to stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific areas of interest to support decision-making.
- Collect and analyse data from ITSM tool to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and support reporting team accordingly to design and develop visually appealing and informative reports/dashboards.
- Highlight areas to improve data accuracy and integrity through careful validation and quality control processes
- Adhere organizational HW/CMDB process/policies for accurate data reporting.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements for better reporting.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Expert in data analysis tools such as SNOW & Microsoft Excel.
- Asset Management Process expert resource should be certified in Hardware AM Pro .
