Essential Job Functions:
- Provide production support for ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring platform availability and service continuity.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within agreed SLA timelines.
- Monitor ServiceNow performance, identify recurring issues,



and implement corrective actions to improve stability and user experience.
- Support application releases, change implementations, and post-deployment validation activities in coordination with development and support teams.
- Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures while ensuring compliance with governance and change management processes.
