Summary: Responsible for serving as the discipline lead for rotating equipment projects, developing project philosophy, managing engineering tasks, preparing technical requisitions, and supporting FAT and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as discipline lead for rotating equipment projects.
- Develop project philosophy and design basis within the discipline.
- Manage engineering tasks of vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare technical requisitions and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Support FAT and commissioning of equipment in hazardous areas.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of rotating machines (generators, pumps, compressors).
- Familiarity with API seal plants and relevant standards.
Industry/Education Experience:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry, EPC projects.
- Diploma or Masters in a relevant field.
