About The Job:
- We are looking for a Manager, Finance & Controlling / Commercial Finance to join the Integrated Biologics Finance team.
- The role will provide strong financial planning, analysis, commercial finance, and business partnering support across pricing, contracts, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- The individual will work closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive profitable growth and financial rigor.

Essential Job Functions:
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Business Unit
- Act as finance business partner supporting commercial teams on pricing, contracts, margin analysis, and customer negotiations
- Provide insightful analysis on revenue, costs, margins, Capex, and Free Cash Flow to support decision making
- Support strategic projects including portfolio optimization and potential M&A; activities
- Collaborate with global finance, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and digital tools

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in finance & controlling, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
- Solid analytical, pricing, and contract evaluation skills wi
