N nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to internal audit processes, risk assessment, internal controls, compliance reviews, and business process evaluations across various functions of the organization.
N n Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting internal audits across business functions and processes. N
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of audit assignments. N
- Perform testing of internal controls and identify process gaps and control weaknesses. N
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and potential risks. N
- Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and presentations for management review. N
- Track audit observations and follow up on implementation of corrective actions. N
- Assist in risk assessments and development of risk-based audit plans. N
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements,



and standard operating procedures. N
- Support special projects, investigations, and process improvement initiatives as required. N

n n EligibilityCriteria

- n
- CA Intermediate/IPCC qualified candidate pursuing Articleship and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines. N
- Robust understanding ofaccounting, auditing principles, and internal controls. N
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. N
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. N
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. N
