Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager ( Remote )
Jupiter Texas Real Estate Group is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support leasing operations across our growing commercial real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or property management , along with strong coordination, follow-up, analytical, and communication skills. This role will work closely with brokers, property managers, asset managers, tenants, and internal teams to ensure vacancies are actively marketed, leasing transactions progress efficiently, and all leasing information is accurately tracked and reported.

Our portfolio includes commercial retail properties, medical buildings, daycare facilities, single family homes.
Role Summary :
The Lease Administrator will support the day-to-day leasing operations across the Jupiter portfolio. The role involves managing broker relationships, monitoring vacancies, coordinating leasing transactions, supporting underwriting and lease documentation, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate leasing trackers and reports.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation :
₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
1. Broker & Listing Management
- Manage and maintain the broker tracker for vacant properties across the portfolio.
- Identify, research, and coordinate with appropriate local U.S. leasing brokers.
- Verify and monitor property listings on platforms such as Crexi and LoopNet .
- Research and vet potential replacement brokers using CoStar and other industry resources.
- Monitor broker activity and ensure vacancies receive appropriate market exposure.
- Follow up with brokers regularly regarding leasing activity, inquiries, tours, and prospects.
2.Vacancy & Leasing Coordination
- Monitor vacancy aging and proactively escalate stale or underperforming vacancies.
- Track leasing activity, inquiries, property tours, LOIs, and lease execution.
- Maintain accurate vacancy, LOI, and lease trackers .
- Coordinate with Asset Management and Property Management teams throughout the leasing process.
- Support smooth handoffs from leasing to asset management and tenant onboarding.
3.Transaction & Lease Administration
- Support the preparation of underwriting packages for prospective tenants and leasing opportunities.
- Coordinate Tenant Improvement (TI) bids and related documentation.
- Assist with lease drafting, review, and redline tracking .
- Coordinate documentation and follow-ups between brokers, tenants, property managers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure lease-related information and documentation are complete, accurate, and properly organized.
4.Lead Management & Follow - Up
- Respond to and follow up on leasing leads, inquiries, tenant referrals, and prospects.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with brokers and prospective tenants to move opportunities forward.
- Track lead status and ensure no qualified opportunity is missed.
- Identify potential upsell and additional leasing opportunities within the portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and follow-up status.
5.Reporting & Asset Management Support
- Prepare weekly broker and leasing updates for management review.
- Provide regular updates on vacancies, LOIs, lease negotiations, and leasing pipeline.
- Track key leasing metrics and identify issues requiring escalation.
- Support Asset Management handoffs and ensure all relevant leasing information is transferred accurately.
- Assist with tenant onboarding and related coordination activities.
Qualifications Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Robust organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties and leasing activities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of LOIs, TI, CAM, lease terms, and commercial leasing terminology .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and ability to maintain detailed trackers.
- Experience with CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, CRM, Yardi, or other real estate/property management platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with U.S.-based brokers, tenants, property managers, and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation for improving workflows, reporting, research, and administrative processes is preferred.
- Proactive, resourceful, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
