Job Purpose:
The Head PTP leads the PTP vertical that delivers accurate and timely service at world class service levels to all Saint-Gobain businesses operating in India Region. The role leverages key data and insights to drive actions that will improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve PTP cycle times. The incumbent must be a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a team operating in a rapid-paced environment, having the agility to reprioritize tasks with exceptional communication to meet frequently evolving business requirements, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

PTP Management:
- Set and manage performance & provide strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-today operations for PTP vertical. Also, provide supervision to verticals outside PTP (if required)
- Lead the team of PTP specialists to ensure overall delivery of services is within agreed SLA's & KPI's as defined between FSSC and clients.
- Evaluate process improvement information, including policies and procedures,



to identify inefficiencies and determine a future state that satisfies business requirements
- Leverage digital tools to improve quality of services and equip the businesses with valuable insights to achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with the tax laws of the country and the relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure adherence to the Internal Control principles as per the group’s Internal Control Reference framework.
- Develop strategic initiatives to improve results and support management in a variety of strategic and operational decisions.

Data strategy & insights:
- Develop and apply a data-driven approach to process management and improvement
- Determine and monitor key performance indicators through collaboration and communication with customers, conducting surveys, benchmarking best practices and analyzing information and applications
- Provide operating and management level reporting
