N nRole Overview: We are seeking an AGM Project to lead project team in executing interior design
Nprojects for clients who have taken premises on long-term leases. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized effectively.
N nKey Responsibilities:
N Executing design specifications provided by the client.




N Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently.
N Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
N Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and
Nbudgets are met.
nResponsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets.
N Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
N Monitor project progressand prepare regular updates for stakeholders, including preparation
Nof MIS (Management Information Systems) and dashboards to track project performance.
N Act as the primary pointof contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any
Nconcerns or changes in requirements.
N Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
