Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Oracle BPM workflows and human task integrations.

2. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues in ADF task flows related to BPM processes.

3. Analyze, test, and ensure compatibility of existing BPM/SOA services with upgraded WebLogic environments.

4. Refactor or migrate legacy process components to improve performance and maintainability.

5. Support integration between BPM processes and Oracle PL/SQL backend or services.

6. Participate in deployment planning, execution, and post-upgrade support.

7. Document architecture, flow diagrams, and process changes.

Mandatory skills

Required Skills & Experience

1. 5+ years of experience with Oracle BPM Suite (11g/12c) – must be able to design and debug BPMN processes, human tasks, and business rules.

2. Hands-on expertise in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, Adapters).

3.



Proficiency in Oracle ADF for front-end integration with BPM workflows.

4. Experience in deploying and configuring applications on Oracle WebLogic Server.

5. Solid understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL to troubleshoot backend issues.

6. Familiarity with JDeveloper, BPM Composer, and WebLogic Admin Console.
