Job Description JOB PURPOSE
NTo provide strategic support to the Concept & Planning Custodian by bringing in creative solutions, designs and out of the box ideas to the table. This role requires a deep understanding of the latest international fashion trends, designs, patterns;
guide the designers andprovide design advisory support to the clients

- Develop strategies based on client behavior N
- Be one step ahead of competition N
- Create and execute a season calendar for the upcoming collection N
- Decide on the style count in the category for the upcoming season N

n n Creativity

- n
- Provide exceptional ideas and path breaking initiatives N
- Ability to scan the industry and suggest new concept and ideas N
- Exceptional in designing and forecasting N
- Concept development andpath breaking initiatives N
- Focus on building similar creative thinking processes in the design studio N
- Provide parallel support to the Merchandising team in executing the ideas and bring alive designs into implementation N

- Conduct extensiveresearch on individual client preferences, trends & patterns etc N
- Keep prior research reports handy before the season starts N
- Provide alternate solutions and ideas to clients N
- Develop a wide range ofconnectivity with networks manufacturers, fabric suppliers, embroiders etc N

n n Team Management

- n
- Brainstorm Designers and get the best possible output from them N
- Should have the abilityto effectively and efficiently manage a team of Designers N
- Ensure minimal attrition N
- Provide thorough training to the team members;
mentor and guide them on regular basis N
- Create strong back-ups within the dept N
