Technical Skills:
- Robust proficiency in Java and object oriented programming concepts.
- Handson experience with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Streams API and Kafka Connect. Knowledge of event driven architectures and real time systems.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot for Kafka integration.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and database management.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus ,Grafana for Kafka performance tuning.
- Strong problem solving Skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot.
- Design and implement Kafka producers, consumers,



and topics for real time data streaming.
- Manage serialization deserialization of data using JSON or custom formats in Kafka.
- Optimize Kafka configurations for performance, including offset management and retries.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to create APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Implement security measures in Kafka, such as SSLTLS encryption and ACL based .
