N n Role Overview
NThe role is the central owner for design, development, governance and maintenance of centralized learning content across AISATS.
NThe incumbent will ensureall learning content is instructionally effective, digitally engaging, current and compliant with applicable DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security, airline/customer and internal requirements.




NThe role will also drive digital and AI-enabled content development, multilingual learning solutions, content governance, RoR/version control and end-to-end delivery of learning-content projects.

- Own centralized training content across classroom, e-learning, blended learning and performance-support formats. N
- Maintain RoR, version control, review cycles, approval records and centralized content repositories. N
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements including DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security and airline/customer standards are accurately embedded in relevant content. N
- Partner with SMEs and functional stakeholders for technical validation and timely content updates. N
