About The Job:
- We are hiring a Head of Engineering to lead the Product engineering org — a hands-on technical leader who can own the architecture, lead the engineering teams,



drive the modernization program, and build a high-performing engineering culture from the ground up.
- This is a deeply technical role. We are not looking for an engineering manager who delegates all architecture decisions. You will be expected to be credible at the code and design level, make hard technical calls, and personally drive the Spring Boot and Angular migration alongside your squad leads. You will own engineering quality, delivery velocity, and technical standards across all squads.

Essential Job Functions:
- Technical leadership of the full Product engineering organization
- Developing and executing engineering strategy, setting goals and prioritizing projects
- Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture patterns, code quality, and technical debt strategy
- Lead the Modernization Lead and QA Lead; set technical direction for all squad leads
- Partner with VP of Product and Prod
