Job Purpose:
- Lead respective Sales Team Account Managers & Application Specialists in understanding and execution of Coromant Front Line Sales strategy
- Deliver financial, product, industry segment & solution targets according to local business plan
- Coach respective Sales Team Account Managers & Application Specialists in data quality & data driven decision making
- Identify respective Sales Team development needs / gaps and support competence development of Account Managers & Application Specialists .
