Our clients include Columbia University, NASA, and many other prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting and Payroll team in our Bangalore office. This position will support the Finance and Accounting Team in handling day-to-day accounting processes, assisting in financial reporting, and providing crucial support for budgeting and financial analysis. The role works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.
NResponsibilities:

- Invoice entry andproject costing N
- Recording payment transactions and managing accounts payable/receivable N
- Credit card analysis and entries N
- Expense reporting and reconciliation N
- Responding to vendor and subcontractor inquiries regarding payments and invoices N




- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, N

nand cash flow statements

- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes N
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, providing analysis and recommendations N

- Liaise with Insurance Broker and Carrier N
- Coordinate audits for General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance N
- Oversee and track Workers Compensation claims N
- Assist in budgeting andforecasting processes N
- Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed N

- Education: Chartered Accountant N
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience post qualification N
- Experience with Financial Reporting: Prior experience in preparing financial statements and N

nreports is highly preferred
