Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Handle core SAP FI processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax.
- Manage SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
- Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional leadership and guide team members on SAP FICO-related activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.




- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business users, project teams, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of strong experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Excellent knowledge of FI and CO modules.
- Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax.
- Positive understanding of FI/CO integration with MM and SD.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Solid knowledge of business processes and financial accounting concepts.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
