About The Job:
- The Senior Administrator in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in delivering advanced technical support and ensuring operational excellence.
- This position focuses on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain security integrity within the organization.
Summary:
- Supported / Implemented Saviynt for medium to large scale customers across various industry verticals
- Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
- Strong background in coding and development using Java
- Demonstrate strong technical skills
- Demonstrate strong problem troubleshooting skills
- Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident
- Be a robust team player
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Total 4 years of experience in implementation of Saviynt tool
- Minimum 2 years of Level 2 support of Saviynt
- Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML
- Strong knowledge of Access Reviews and certifications in Saviynt.
- Strong Java debugging skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.
- Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt Component
- Experience working with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, Websphere) or developing J2EE products.
