The Senior Manager, QUICK Incident, Defect & Release Management is accountable for the performance,



stability, and continuous improvement of the L2 finance systems support operating model within assigned domain(s). The role provides structured and controlled functional JDE support, ensuring incidents, defects, and releases are assessed, prioritized, validated, and resolved in a way that protects financial close, controls, audit readiness, and operational stability. The role serves as a senior functional escalation point and leads cross-functional specialist resources across FAST, Finance, AMS, IT, Controls, and external partners through influence, without direct people management responsibility.
