NJob Overview:
NOwn SAP Concur solution design for Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules, ensuring compliance and localization. This pivotal role involves leading a cross-functional team, providing strategic guidance on best practices, and ensuring the final solution aligns with business requirements for travel, expense, and invoice management.
NResponsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Concur implementation projects, from initial requirements gathering and analysis to go-live and Hypercare support. N
- Configure Concur modules and workflows (Expense, Travel, Invoice, Request) N
- Engage with key stakeholders from Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to define explicit objectives, gather business requirements, and ensure organizational alignment N
- Supervise the design and implementation of seamless integrations between SAP Concur and existing enterprise systems, such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, HR,



and payroll systems, using APIs, middleware (e.G., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and file-based interfaces N
- Define audit rules, perdiem, mileage, and tax compliance. N
- Support SIT/UAT and integration readiness. N
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and coordinating with SAP Concur support when necessary N

nQualifications:

- n
- 10–12 years of overall experience, minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Concur implementations and configurations, with involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects in a global enterprise environment. N
- Strong knowledge of T&Eprocesses; and Concur site design, configuration, admin and integrations. N
