About The Job:
- This role supports Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and helps ensure employees have a smooth, reliable, and engaging learning experience.
- The position is an excellent entry point into the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Technology domain, offering opportunities to develop expertise in LMS administration, learner support, and enterprise learning operations.
- You will work closely with Business System Analysts (BSAs), Talent Development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Security, and Procurement teams.

Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to learner inquiries and troubleshoot training issues within defined SLA timelines.




- Deliver a positive and customer-focused support experience for learners and content teams.
- Develop expertise in Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) and provide guidance on platform functionality and best practices.
- Create and manage learning plans, curricula, and training courses within Adobe Learning Manager.
- Support testing activities across platforms and browsers as part of course release and go-live readiness processes.
- Provide testing results and readiness reporting to content development teams.
- Assist with LMS enhancements, new feature rollouts, and platform improvement initiatives.
- Gather learner feedback and employee use cases to support platform optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner experience through automation and process improvements.
- Build and maintain knowledge of LMS functionality, updates, and current features.
- Create and support self-service resources and documentation for common learner issues
