Responsibilities:

Customization and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet the organization's specific HAM and SAM requirements.
- Integration:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems, databases, and tools to facilitate seamless data flow for hardware and software asset management.
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure a cohesive and interconnected ITSM ecosystem.

Process Optimization:




- Analyze current HAM and SAM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency in hardware and software asset management.

Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations for HAM and SAM.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with ITSM teams, including IT Asset Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management, to ensure alignment of processes and data.

User Support:
- Provide support and training to end-users on HAM and SAM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to HAM and SAM functionalities.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on HAM and SAM.
- Strong background in ITSM and asset m
