About The Job:
- The Software Engineer will bring 5-7 years of ServiceNow application development experience to produce an industry-leading IT advisory services platform that is reimagining the way large IT outsourcing contracts are established and governed.
- The ISG platform features GovernX – the industry’s leading Supplier Relationship & Contract Management application which is built on the Now Platform.
- As part of the ISG Software Group, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client experience.
- As technical leads for agile teams, sharing collaborative leadership with a business-oriented Product Owner,
deep ServiceNow experience is critical.

Essential Job Functions:
- Be a role model for excellent software development skills and innovation in the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-challenge setting.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives, ATF and other testing activities, and follow software development best practices.
- Development of code to meet the design defined.
- Responsible for developing code according to defined standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose custom solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing custom code and configur
