Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
- Drive efficiency, quality, and cost optimization initiatives.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers and operational teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Business Performance
- Achieve operational and financial targets for the assigned area.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Support revenue growth initiatives and business expansion activities.

Customer Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Address escalated customer concerns and implement corrective actions.




- Monitor service quality and drive customer-centric initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct operational audits and risk assessments.
- Implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
- Maintain health, safety, and security standards.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Monitor area performance metrics and identify trends.
- Recommend strategic improvements based on data analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably managing multiple locations.
- Experience in team leadership and performance management.
