Job title: Lead Engineer

Reports to: Senior Software Engineering Manager/ Associate Software
Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities

* Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL,
REST API)
* Must be hands-on in Angular 15+
* Must be aware of microservices
* Excellent exposure to following mature software engineering practices:
-Unit testing frameworks

-Code analysis tools

-Code quality principles

-Code review skills

-Debugging and profiling tools

-Test automation frameworks and

-Continuous integration tools

* Must be implementing software architectural principles (e.g. SOLID),
design patterns, and best engineering practices described above on an ongoing
basis.
* Must be aware of CI/CD (preferably with AZDO/GIT)
* Must be aware Agile methodologies with SCRUM framework
* Should take ownership for end-to-end delivery and solution quality
* Should be proactive in mentoring and supporting other engineers
* Should be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams




* Should focus on continuous improvement, automation, and engineering
excellence

Technical skills

Programming and scripting languages and technologies (Required)

* C#.NET, ASP.NET, REST API
* jQuery, Ajax, Angular 15+
* HTML, CSS fundamentals
* Unit testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit
* SQL Server 2016 and above – T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Indexes, Performance
Tuning
* Containerization (preferred OpenShift)
* Messaging Queues (preferred Kafka)

Tools (Required)

* Visual Studio 2017 and Above
* Source Control tools (Preferably AZDO, GIT)

Nice To Have (Optional)

* AI tools like Cursor, CoPilot
* Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana

Qualifications:

* Educational Qualification: Bachelors/ Masters from a reputed college,
First class or better, No gaps in education, Major in Computer Science /
Information Technology.
* Years of experience required: 9+ years
