About The Job:
- We are looking at an Associate Vice President (AVP), with proficiency in Automation and Business Intelligence, to help build desktop and cloud-based automation tools to accelerate service delivery and help increase gross margins for the firm.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design and implement frameworks and models covering lean / six sigma approaches to identify gaps and run a as-is and to-be state of data / automation maturity to build scope of automation and digitization opportunities in the services
- Design and apply proprietary and industry leading methodologies to process and standardize the activities across the engagement life cycle for the service lines
- Ability to perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and operating models of the service lines; and advise on tools and roadmaps to implement them
- Build and implement cloud / on-prem solutions to help with data driven decision intelligence – this may entail working on complex ELT (extract, load, transform) techniques leading to up-to-date data warehouse / data mart setup and establishing a business intelligence layer on it
- Able to build automation solutions using Power platform suite of products and identify AI opportunities for the service lines
- Able to handle large data volumes using most latest techniques and data tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams across GCC and coordinate b/w the core functional and technology teams
- Stakeholder management and experience of leading mid to large transformation opportunities to digitize the service delivery model in GCC
