Job Description: ServiceNow Integration Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer with hands-on experience in system integration, web technologies, and ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, customization, and integration of ServiceNow platforms, along with a solid understanding of web services and relational databases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services (REST, SOAP) and related web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).




- Design and implement ServiceNow modules, specifically ITSM and CSM applications.
- Create and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and other scripted components.
- Build and manage ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.
- Set up and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using SSO and SAML authentication protocols.
- Customize ServiceNow portals using UI Pages, UI Macros, CMS, HTML, Jelly, and CSS.
- Implement UI changes utilizing web technologies and DOM manipulation.
- Extend ServiceNow schemas to develop custom applications and workflows.
- Analyze and understand technical and functional requirements for successful ServiceNow implementation.
- Manage and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and solution delivery.
