Essential Job Functions:
- Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including site collections, permissions, and configurations.
- Implement SharePoint governance standards, including:
- Naming conventions
- Lifecycle management
- Security policies
- Monitor SharePoint health, usage, and performance.
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure root-cause resolution.
Azure Integration
- Configure and manage integrations between SharePoint and Azure services, including:
- Azure AD
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Support Azure PaaS and IaaS solutions related to SharePoint environments.
Security and Compliance
- Implement and manage security roles, permissions, and compliance policies for SharePoint environments.
- Ensure adherence to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and enterprise security standards.
Solution Delivery
- Collaborate with development teams to support SharePoint-based solutions.
- Ensure best practices are followed for:
- Architecture
- Security
- Performance
- Provide guidance on Azure DevOps pipelines for SharePoint deployments.
Documentation and Training
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks for SharePoint administration.
- Provide training and technical support to end users and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of overall professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
