Essential Job Functions:

Project Data Management
- Support the Global POR Manager in maintaining projects across all RDPI portfolios.
- Keep all project data, milestone tracking, and mandatory fields updated for each project.

Data Integrity and Quality Control
- Maintain POR data integrity within Client‐built project management platforms.
- Identify data quality issues and address them with corresponding stakeholders.

POR Updates and Change Management
- Update POR based on stakeholder inputs and files.
- Understand and document each change with clear descriptions.
- Execute changes in the Client‐built program management platform.
- Escalate critical concerns to manager.




- Ensure follow‐through on action items within agreed timelines.

Status Reporting and Communication
- Provide weekly status updates per program to POR Program Leads within the Product Strategy team and other POR leads.
- Follow up on required updates.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Dive deep: Solid attention to detail for data management and quality control.
- Learn and Be Curious: Ability to quickly learn and navigate Client‐built systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, program management, or project coordinator roles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
