About The Job:
- Database Administrator (DBA) – Open Source & Azure Databases‑ Hyderabad
- We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in open-source databases and cloud database platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining high-availability database systems, primarily focusing on MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Azure-managed databases.
- The role requires solid troubleshooting skills, performance tuning experience,



and familiarity with Linux environments and scripting for automation.

Essential Job Functions:
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database systems including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Manage and administer Azure database services such as:
- Azure Database for PostgreSQL
- Azure Database for MySQL
- Azure Cosmos DB for MongoDB API
- Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal system performance.
- Perform database tuning, query optimization, and index management.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
