About The Job:
- The M365 L3 Engineer is a senior-level role within the IT Operations team, responsible for managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 (M365) workplace for the organization.
- The primary focus of this role is to provide expert-level technical support, administration, and optimization of the M365 suite of services, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and productivity for all users.
- The M365 L3 Engineer will work closely with other IT teams, end-users,



and stakeholders to deliver reliable and efficient M365 services.

Essential Job Functions:
- M365 Administration: Manage and oversee the configuration, deployment, and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power Automate and related applications.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for complex M365-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve escalated problems effectively and in a timely manner.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of M365 services, identifying opportunities for optimization, scalability improvements, and resource utilization enhancements.
