Essential Job Functions:
- Provide end‐to‐end onsite and field IT support for end users, including deskside troubleshooting and hardware break‐fix activities
- Perform IMACD operations such as device installation, movement, replacement, upgrades, and secure decommissioning
- Manage hardware lifecycle activities including laptop/desktop provisioning, spares management, and coordination with depots or warehouses
- Work closely with Service Desk, vendors, logistics partners, and OEMs to ensure timely issue resolution and part replacements




- Maintain accurate asset records, support physical audits, and ensure compliance with asset management and security policies
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational procedures while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities for users, including device handover, access readiness, and data handling guidelines
- Assist during transitions, hypercare phases, and site readiness activities for recent locations or service expansions
- Act as the onsite escalation point for unresolved issues and ensure proper communication with stakeholders
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements across all support activities

Qualifications:
- EXP-5 to 9years
