- Ability to write unit-testable and extensible code
- Ability to write code using interfaces and dependency injection
- Ability to write unit test
- Understands Arrange/Act/Assert
- Understands mocking

Design
- Participate in large and one-to-one design sessions to build solutions Personal
- Willing to work on code or tests as appropriate.
- Able to take ownership of production and non-production issues and ensure that they are resolved.
- Work within established development processes, providing feedback for improvement

Desired Skills:
- Spring Boot, Spring, Java 8
- Solid in concepts on Data Structures
- Have a good know how on cache and caching mechanisms
- Familiar on Postgres Db RDS and Aurora
- ROSA /Docker/Containers
- Quarkus
