About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Timely deployment of qualified personnel to support the Client’s compliance framework implementation.
- Assist in conducting thorough reviews of marketing activities to ensure adherence to applicable compliance requirements.
- Identify, document, and report discrepancies or non-compliance issues for timely corrective action.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports to the Client on the status, progress, and compliance of marketing activities.
- Maintain daily trackers capturing the count of activities approved, rejected, or marked for queries.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of queries raised during the review process.
- Monitor the overall quality and accuracy of compliance reviews conducted by assigned resources.




- Achieve daily targets assigned to the resources while maintaining the required quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TAT) for reviewing and processing marketing activities.
- Escalate critical or recurring compliance issues to the appropriate stakeholders for further action.
- Coordinate with relevant Client teams to clarify queries and facilitate timely closure of compliance observations.
- Support continuous improvement of the compliance review process by identifying recurring gaps and suggesting corrective measures.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of Client information and compliance-related records.
