Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in DWPC, integrations, and ServiceNow customization. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and customizing ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements while following platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs.

Implement and support DWPC (Digital Workflow/Process Consulting)



solutions aligned with business processes.

Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on functional and technical requirements.

Develop Flow Designer flows, subflows, actions, and integration spokes.

Work on data transformation, import sets, transform maps, and integration error handling.

Analyze existing customizations and recommend platform-standard solutions wherever possible.

Perform scripting using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scheduled Jobs.

Troubleshoot integration, workflow, performance, and customization-related issues.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
