Payroll Project Manager – German Speaking

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Project Manager with strong German-speaking skills to manage end-to-end payroll projects and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects.
- Lead payroll transition, migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive project planning, status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Support payroll process design, testing, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Identify and resolve project issues and ensure timely escalation.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across different locations.




- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Payroll / HR transformation / Payroll Project Management.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll projects.
- Excellent German-speaking skills with good English communication.
- Experience working with German payroll is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, implementation, migration, and integrations.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred:
- Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, or other payroll platforms.
- PMP/Prince2/Agile certification is an advantage.
