- Minimum of 5-8 years experience in CV sales or Lease
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- Expertise in Financial Knowledge & Commercial Vehicle market

- Strategic planning and decision-making
- Sales in Commercial Vehicle
- Knowledge of Finance/Lease
