Essential Job Functions:
- Perform first and second-level contract reviews on complex and strategic deals, ensuring accurate revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606).
- Review and ensure contracts are accurately reflected in ERP reporting systems.




- Prepare and document revenue accounting memos for complex transactions and GTM business models.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, GTM, Deal Desk, Sales, and Sales Operations as a Revenue Accounting subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in a multinational setting.
- Ensure consistent application of revenue recognition policies across teams.
- Implement and maintain internal controls for bookings, billings, and revenue recognition processes.
- Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit activities.
- Monitor US GAAP and SEC updates related to revenue accounting.
- Perform month-end close activities, including revenue reconciliations, journal entries, and management reporting.
- Collaborate with FP&A; and Sales Finance on revenue forecasting and SaaS metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize revenue accounting and reduce close cycles.
